MPH SERVICES CURRENT FEE SCHEDULE

​SERVICES:
  • ​Farm Sitting fees to be determined & negotiated based on customer needs. Hourly, daily or weekly fee + travel, meals and housing expenses. 
  • Clinic fees to be determined on a per event basis. ​
LESSONS AND CONSULTATION:
  • In-person Private Lesson, FaceTime Lesson or Individual Horse Training Day
    • ​$65/45 minute Adult session + mileage and/or travel expense pro-rate
    • $55/45 minute Youth session + mileage and/or travel expense pro-rate
  • Group Lesson In-Person
    • $50/person/60 minute session + mileage and/or travel expense pro-rate
  • Professional Consultation
    • $65/hour + mileage and/or travel expense pro-rate
  • Mileage - .65/mile
  • Travel/meal expenses - pro-rated ​
HORSE SHOW COACHING: Fees are based on a per horse/day basis. All MPH travel expenses related to the show will be pro-rated(divided), per horse, equally. Pro-rated items and services may include trainer travel expenses & meals, patron & show promotion, and any other miscellaneous related applicable expenses incurred by MPH. Owner is responsible for all fees paid directly to the show including but not limited to entries, tack room, ready or dressing, feed rooms. Owner is responsible for their own set up, stall cleaning, feeding, grooming, and show prep before, during, and after show.
  • Coaching Fee is due during the month the show is held. ​
    • Open, Class A and Regional Show Fee - $100/day
    • National or Scottsdale Show Fee - $150/day
  • Pro-rated fee ​will be billed and is due the month following the show. ​
PAYMENT TERMS FOR ALL SERVICES:
  • Payment by check, cash, PayPal, Venmo or credit card is due on the 1st of the month and will be considered late after the 10th of the month at which time late fees will apply. Accounts with balances at the end of the month will be charged the finance charge and all services will be discontinued until paid in full.
  • Fee for late payment ( after the 10th ) - $25
  • Finance Charge for late payment is 10% of balance due which applies to unpaid balance at the end of the month.
